GenLab Taq DNA Polymerase 1000U
Description
Taq DNA polymerase is a recombinant 94 kDa DNA polymerase obtained by expression of the modified Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase gene in E. coli.
This thermostable enzyme exhibits a strong 5’ to 3’ polymerase activity and generates with 3’ dA overhang but has no 3’ to 5’ exonuclease (proofreading) activity.
